Julia Dzwonkoski received a BA in Media Study and Art History from the State University of New York at Buffalo where she worked as a Video Curator at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center and as the Assistant Director of Squeaky Wheel/Buffalo Media Resources. As the Director of the Herndon Gallery at Antioch College she curated exhibitions including "Made in Prison: Art by Incarcerated Men and Women" (2002) and "Reverse Engineers: New Media and Installation Art" (2003).
