Rayyane Tabet

Rayyane Tabet studied Architecture and Urban Planning at the American University of Beirut and received his Bachelors of Architecture from The Cooper Union in New York.

He is currently pursuing his Masters of Fine Arts at UC San Diego.

His work to date examines relations between distinct sociopolitical situations by way of the excavation of found and produced objects.

By uncovering the accidental, the comic and the uncanny buried within documents and events, Tabet proposes alternative ways of writing history.
