What intersections can be explored between the ideas of network security, wearable electronics and fetishization of the object or cohesive data set? Drawing on materials that span the digireal, I attempt to compose systems that empower interaction between the humyn user and their requisite interfaces, allowing engagement of apparent power structures during moments of involuntary dematerialization/interaction. The process of production, research, ideation and material composition is heavily emphasized alongside the end product/s as part of a generative, lifeless network of things. By realigning the transmission of power within soft networks, the work aims to stimulate the observer, the user and the systems in place to open introspective/discursive areas of engagement on the topics of security, humyn vulnerability and fetish.
